Problem with the ignition switch tumbler. Could not turn the car off . Went to Basil Chev just around closing time Fri evening. Discussed solution. Dropped car off that night with the hope it would be fixed Sat. Not only was the car fixed Sat but they did it in a very timely manner without an appointment. I said I needed the car and the dealership "team" more than came thru. Thank you Basil Chevrolet !

Had my 1995 Corvette taken by flatbed to Joe Basil Chevrolet. The heater core had sprung a leak, soaking the passenger side mat and carpet with anti-freeze. Service called me as soon as the car arrived. I was told what would have to be done and approx. how long it would take. A few days later I was called again, with an estimate of cost, and time it would take to repair the problem. I was notified of the progress of the repair in two different phone calls. Within the stated time to make repairs, the car was ready to be picked up. Payment process was fast and efficient. Car was washed and ready to go. Once again, a very positive experience from Joe Basil Chevrolet.

brought in my wife's 2011 Malibu for an oil change. service advisor noticed inspection was due, so had that done as well. while waiting salesman gave me a test drive in a new impala. we have purchased two new Malibu from this dealer and with the quality service and sales dept we will buy again.

2004 GMC Sierra truck. My air bag light came on so I made an appointment to have it looked at. I dropped the truck off in the morning and they gave me a ride home. Four hours later the service advisor called to tell me it was done. When I came in to get the truck The advisor explained everything they did. I am very satisfied with the repair.

Repaired a wire broken wire on BTSI, which I believe should have been covered under warranty, BUT was not! Due to excessive e numbers of this failure on Chevrolets, Chevy missed the boat by not voluntarily calling in this "defect", thereby saving a lot of future customers for their product line...including me!!!

I made an appointment for my usual oil change, but also to have the cooling system in my '11 Malibu checked, as I had noticed a grinding noise when switching the system into recirculation mode. The tech who took my car made note of my experience, and took care of everything, including arranging for the dealership's shuttle service (as I knew it would take some time to find and fix the problem). The work was all covered under warranty, and my oil change was free of charge, being a loyal Basil customer. The staff members were all very pleasant, and any issues with my Malibu were resolved. I'm still happy to be a part of the Basil family, nearly two years later!
